China strongly condemned the decisions taken by New Delhi and warned India against any unilateral decisions in the context of Jammu and Kashmir. China is particularly irked at the bifurcation of the state into two union territories i.e. Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
China also expressed concerns about the deployment of additional troops in Jammu and Kashmir and reiterated that China’s position on Kashmir is consistent and clear.
